Conclusion of the contract
With your order you make a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. We can accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the ordered goods. First you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided (order confirmation). With this order confirmation, the purchase contract is concluded and includes the request for payment. After successful receipt of payment to our bank account, the goods will be shipped directly to you.When ordering through our online shop, the ordering process includes a total of 4 steps. In the first step you select the desired goods. In the second step you enter your customer data including invoice address and, if applicable, different delivery address. In the third step you choose how you want to pay. In the last step you have the possibility to check all details (e.g. name, address, payment method, ordered items) once again and correct them if necessary before you send your order to us by clicking on 'Order with costs'. You can make corrections to your order at any time.

Storage of the contract text
We store the contract text of your order. You can print it out before sending your order to us by clicking on 'Print' in the last step of the order process. We will also send you an order confirmation with a request for payment containing all order details and our General Terms and Conditions to the e-mail address you have provided.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims.

Prices, shipping costs, return costs in case of revocation
All prices are final prices including 19% VAT. The shipping costs are calculated depending on the delivery address and order plus. The shipping costs can be calculated during the ordering process and are clearly displayed during the ordering process. You can also find information about shipping costs on the following page: Shipping costs. Basically, since 13.06.2014, the customer bears the return costs, regardless of the value of the goods. As far as you make use of an existing right of revocation, the costs for the return are to be borne by you.

Terms of delivery
The delivery times stated in the offer apply as delivery times, these begin with receipt of payment. The delivery times refer to deliveries within Germany. The delivery times abroad can deviate. The delivery time starts with receipt of payment.

Terms of payment
Payment can be made either in advance by bank transfer or by Paypal. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods. If you choose payment in advance, we will give you the bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 10 days.

Warranty
The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions.

Data protection
With initiation, conclusion, completion and back completion of a sales contract data are raised, stored and processed by us in the context of the legal regulations. When you visit our website, the IP address currently used by your PC, the date and time, the browser type and the operating system of your PC as well as the pages you have viewed are logged. Duration of storage
Personal data that has been communicated to us via our website will only be stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled. Insofar as retention periods under commercial and tax law must be observed, the duration of storage of certain data may be up to 10 years.

Your rights
If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data or if this data has become incorrect, we will arrange for the deletion, correction or blocking of your data within the framework of the legal provisions on the basis of a corresponding instruction.
